Beyond the job site, we have a deep appreciation for the region. When we aren’t inspecting roofs, you’ll find us snowboarding and skiing up north, exploring Montreal's incredible culture, or just celebrating life with our families. We know exactly what it takes to protect buildings against brutal Quebec winters, and we bring that uncompromising standard to every roof we restore.
The lead crew
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Alan most recently led growth at Armour Roof Co. where they grew 300% Year over year as one of North American's leading roofers. Alan is now bringing back the methods learned to serve his hometown of Montreal.
Daniel Zwaigstra brings nearly ten years of excellence in the Montreal construction trades. Having originally completed his schooling in cabinet making and carpentry, he brings his intensive precision and detail to work everyday to ensure the highest levels of quality on every project.
Michael shares counsel and insight from over 10 years in the Commercial Roofing space with management across 500+ roofing projects for clients including Marriot Hotels, Grey Hound, Keiwett and Frito Lay . Michael completed the HAAG commercial Roofing inspector Certification in 2024.

Field crew
We need experienced applicators with roofing background and current safety certifications. You'll work on residential and multiplex properties across Montreal, applying seamless liquid membranes with precision. This is hands-on work that demands attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Assess flat roof conditions and determine restoration viability for residential and multiplex properties. You'll document membrane performance, identify problem areas, and recommend solutions. Roofing experience and technical knowledge are essential.
